THINGS TO REMEMBER….

1. Make your reservations as early as possible. Waiting until the last moment could mean not having a place to leave your pet.

2. Space is limited and can be very much in demand during peak periods. For that reason, we require a $50 boarding reservation deposit. We do not accept tentative or conditional reservations. Cancellations must be made AT LEAST 7 DAYS PRIOR to your scheduled date of arrival to receive a full refund.

3. Make sure that your pet is up to date on all vaccinations. We do require verification and we will refuse to admit any pet that is not current.

4. We require that all pets entering our facility be free of external parasites (fleas & ticks). Corrective measures will be made at the owner’s expense.

5. The owner is responsible for supplying special foods and medication their pet may need. If your pet is “diet sensitive” it would be best if you bring their own food. Please bring a little more than he will need for his stay, incase your return is unavoidably delayed.

6. You are more than welcome to bring a toy or familiar article of clothing. Keep in mind that these articles have a tendency to get soiled and can be very difficult to keep track of. We will not accept responsibility for personal items.

7. We do not release pets to anyone other than the owners unless prior arrangements have been made.

FINALLY….

Please do not indulge in any emotional farewells with your pet; they will only confuse and frighten him and make our job that much harder. His stay at All Creatures Country Club will be safe, comfortable and as enjoyable as we can make it.

There are no after hours drop-offs or pick-ups.

CHECK OUT 11:00 AM

Pets staying after check out will be

charged for another day.
